The following requirements must be met for returns to be accepted:

  • 1. The batch number of the product being returned must match the one listed on the invoice.
  • 2. Return must be within 10 business days from the date of delivery.
  • 3. Any product that was ordered in error is not eligible for return.
  • 4. Requests for returns resulting from changes in prescriptions are not eligible for returns.
  • 5. The product being returned must be in its original packaging from the manufacturer, including the original price tags, labels, barcode, and invoice.
  • 6. Only completely unopened strips or items may be returned, partially consumed strips or products are not eligible for return.

  • Non-Returnable Product Category:
  • A return will not be accepted under the terms of the HealthnMeds Return Policy for some product categories that are designated as non-returnable on the product page. Below are the specifics of the non-returnable products:

    Healthcare Devices Glucometer Lancet/Strip, Healthcare Devices and Kits, Surgical, Health Monitors
    Sexual Wellness Condoms, Fertility Kit/Supplement, Lubricants, Pregnancy Kits
    Temperature Controlled and Specialty Medicines Vials, Injections, Vaccines, Penfills and any other Product, requiring cold storage, or medicines that fall under the category of specialty medicines.
  • Return Process
  • 1. To notify return, please visit www.healthnmeds.com
  • 2. Within 72 (seventy-two) working hours of receiving a complaint, the customer service team will investigate the claim made by the consumer.
  • 3. HealthnMeds will start the process of collecting the product(s) to be returned once it has been determined that the claim is legitimate and fair.
  • 4. The product(s) must be packaged by the customer in the manufacturer's original packaging.
  • 5. The refund will be processed within 30 (thirty) days of the reverse pick-up date, if applicable.

  • Refund Process
  • If the claim in any of the above mentioned situations is determined to be valid, the refund will be given as follows:
  • 1. The wallet will be credited for any orders placed with it; and
  • 2. Cash on delivery orders will have their money transferred back to their bank accounts.
